Cu Chi Tunnels, Saigon, March 14, 2012

Susan's Story, Our Indochina Adventure

There are two visitor centers to visit the Cu Chi tunnels outside of Saigon. The more rural and less croded center at Ben Doc was a good choice today as we saw only one other group touring the tunnels. These tunnels included the headquarters of the Viet Cong during the Viet Nam war but these were started to fight the French much earlier. Very very interesting. Glad we went down into the tunnels!! /susan
