Susan's Story, The Black Sea & Holy Lands
The Prinsendam docked today in the port city of Ashod and we started our two day tour of Israel. It was a short bus ride to Jerusalem as this is a surprisingly small nation. We started on the hill of the Jerusalem University with it’s view of the Old City. Then we went to the Mount of Olives and Garden of Gethsemani, then went through the Zion Gate, walked through the city, and exited the Jaffa Gate. We then journeyed to Bethlehem to the oldest church in the world. That night we went through the Dung Gate to the Western Wall. Memories of a lifetime! /susan
