Susan's Story, The Black Sea & Holy Lands
We awoke in the Four Season’s Hotel in Giza and met our group to have breakfast on the Nile. Then we toured Cairo and the Egyptian Museum also known as the Antiquities Museum. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this museum is and how close you can get to the exhibits. There is just so much history and intrigue! On our way out of Cairo we saw burned buildings from the recent revolution and we rode a long time along the Suez Canal. The canal was very busy as was the bridge to the Sinai Peninsula. Port Said is a large port city and we enjoyed it a lot. /susan
