Yesterday was a diaster & today was too. The water was even lower today (700cfs) but we decided to go down any way. Dan & I met Wesley, Jay, Kristie, & Steve at LD's campground at the take out & filled Jay's car & my truck with paddlers & hired drivers to bring the cars back down. What was hard were the holes at "On the Rocks", "Quater Mile", & "Rooster Tail" which had small shoots over holes that the boats had a hard time punching over at such a low level. On top of that we hit unexpected rocks in our braced landings & there were flips galore. Wesley said he wouldn't lead another group down at less than 1000cfs again. It was all we could handle & for me NO FUN! Can't wait for rain!! /hugh
